DEPOSIT

Please be advised that a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE (plus a $3.60 Service Fee) deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment with our Firm. This will be applied to any service rendered to you, minus the Service Fee. If you choose not to use our services after completion of our services, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will still be responsible for the full fee of the service. Our time is very valuable and we need to be compensated for it! Deposits are only good for one rescheduled appointment.

FEE POLICY FOR TAX PREPARATION

You will be required to pay 100% upfront of your tax prep fee in the event that it cannot be deducted from your tax refund or if you owe taxes and have no refund due to you. You will also be responsible for paying any balances due if your refund was intercepted by the IRS…If you fail to pay your tax prep balance in full, it will be debited from your credit or debit card on file...NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO PAYMENT PLANS OR ARRANGEMENTS, SORRY!

CANCELLATION & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time is scheduled to take place to avoid a non-refundable late cancellation fee of $100 (in addition to your deposit). You can reschedule an appointment by clicking on the link from previous reminder texts you received via our booking system. You will only be able to reschedule once using the same deposit.

LATE POLICY

You will be charged a non-refundable $50 “LATE FEE” (in addition to your paid deposit) if you have not arrived for your appointment within 10 minuets of your scheduled time. If you are 30 minutes late or more, you will then need to reschedule your appointment by clicking on the link from the previous reminder texts you received via our booking system. You will only be able to reschedule once using the same deposit.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you are a no-show, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty or rebooking charge of $100 (in addition to your deposit). To avoid a no-show fee, please keep your scheduled appointment or reschedule within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment and will be blocked from booking future appointments with our Firm.

CANCELLATION & LATE CANCELLATION/LATE/NO-SHOW FEES WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO ANY SERVICES RENDERED.

TAX RETURN REPLACEMENT FEE

There is a $50 fee for tax return replacements. We provided you with a personal copy via your Customer Portal where you can retrieve it if you remember your login information.
